Student Travel Awards
This satellite brings together speakers from a range of disciplines to define the challenges faced in gut health, gaps in our knowledge and the future directions. Sessions will cover the role of the microbiota, autoimmunity, motility and intestinal cancer. http://www.qmb.org.nz/digestive-diseases/
The Gut Health Network is pleased to announce a special round of travel awards to support student attendance at Digestive Diseases Queenstown.
Up to $500 will be provided to contribute towards registration, travel and accommodation costs.
Students in their 4th year of study and beyond are eligible (i.e. Hons, PGDip, MSc and PhD students)
Applicants should send:
- a paragraph oulining the benefits of attendance
- a current CV (up to one page)
- a copy of the abstract to be submitted
- a statement of support from their supervisor (one paragraph)

Conditions:
- applicants must submit an abstract for poster presentation
- applicants must be under the supervison of a member of the Gut Health Network (http://www.guthealthnetwork.com/people)
